NEW CONCERT VENUE AT FAYETTE FAIR

  

A new concert venue is being added for the Fayette County Fair, happening September 1st-4th this year.

Fair officials are finalizing a plan to place a portable stage on the overlook behind the German-Czech Market. Officials say the audience will be able to enjoy a beautiful view of the Colorado View Valley from the new stage.

Concert-goers will be able to enjoy performances at the new location Saturday and Sunday night. The stage will host a number of performers this year including the Randy Rogers Band, Wade Bowen, Gary Allan, and Charley Pride.

There will be two large video screens adjacent to the stage showing live footage of the concert. Officials are confident that the new area will accommodate a large turn-out. If the performances go well at the new venue, they plan on building a permanent stage at the location.
