BELLVILLE P.D. INVESTIGATES ARMED ROBBERY
Bellville Police are investigating an overnight armed robbery at a popular convenience store, where the suspect fired at the clerk.
No one was injured in the robbery at J & R's at 303 East Main Street last night, just before 10PM.
The gunman made off with a large amount of cash and fled the scene on foot.
The clerk described the suspect a dark-skinned with an athletic build.
The clerk also says there was a second subject waiting outside the store. The clerk describes that man as a black male wearing dark clothing with longer hair.
