BRENHAM AIRPORT ADVISORY BOARD TO MEET WEDNESDAY
The Brenham Airport Advisory Board will meet on Wednesday to discuss some improvements to the Brenham Municipal Airport.
During the meeting, the Board will discuss constructing an additional row of City-owned nested T-hangars along the most recent row, which was installed in 2014.
The Board will also consider increasing the pavement strength rating from 30,000 to 60,000- pound single wheel loading.
The Board will discuss the replacement of the existing stake-mounted MIRL system with a new can-mounted system. This would allow for the potential to upgrade the standard fixtures to LED fixtures.
The Airport Advisory Board will meet at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday at the Brenham Municipal Airport.
