  1. 315 South Park Street to be a restaurant, “Texas Cookery,” And……”No Parking Required !!!!!”
This is what was recommended by the planning manager. This was an automotive garage before and now a restaurant with no parking !!!!! Where will they park ???? On the street ??? Emergency vehicles, fire department, ambulance, will not be able to access the buildings on this street. I believe it should be mandatory that a planning department be familiar with a tape measure and know how to use it. This poor decision obviously does not measure up.
