UPDATE: BRENHAM MAN IN CUSTODY
Update from the Brenham Police Department: Jason Wagner is now in custody in Houston. We would like to thank the Office of the Attorney General in Houston for their assistance in apprehending him.
Brenham police are looking for information on the whereabouts of a Brenham man wanted for two counts of forgery.
Thirty-nine-year old Jason Ryan Wagner has active warrants for two counts of forgery, and three misdemeanors.
His last known address was in Waller, but he has recently been seen in the Huntsville and Jacksonville area.
