BURLESON COUNTY AG BREAKFAST
The Burleson County Ag Breakfast is happening tomorrow (Tuesday) morning at the Burleson County Cowboy Church.
The event is put on every year by the Burleson County Chamber of Commerce and the county’s AgriLife Extension Service.
“It’s just an opportunity for us to give back to the community” says Nicole Hearne, the chamber’s executive director. “It’s a chance for us to provide some information about what most people here- which is cattle farming.”
Hearne says they will have a special guest speaker, Pete Scarmardo, talking about cattle farming in the area. In addition, the breakfast will be provided by Ricky Mantey Catering.
