CUBETTES THROTTLE SPRING WOODS

"Defense wins championships" was the story of Friday nights Cubette basketball game against Spring Woods. The Cubettes ONLY allowed 4 points in the first half, on their way to a 61-24 victory. Tierra McCowan's 29 points led the team, followed by Angelica Darcus' 13 points. The Cubettes finish the first half of district 6-1 and face Tomball Memorial in Brenham on Tuesday. The game is scheduled for a 6:30 tip, pre-game begins at 6:15 on KWHI 1280 and KWHI.com.
