FORMER SHERIFF BILLY ROSENBAUM DIES
The former sheriff of Washington County has died.
Billy Wayne Rosenbaum died Saturday at the age of 66.
He served as Washington County Sheriff for eight years, from 1985-to-1993. Prior to his election as Sheriff, Rosenbaum served as Sheriff’s Deputy and Chief Deputy for 16 years.
He also served four terms as Precinct-Four Washington County Constable.
Funeral services for former Sheriff Billy Rosenbaum will be held Thursday morning at 10:00 at Memorial Oaks Chapel.
Visitation will be Wednesday evening from 6:00-to-8:00 at Memorial Oaks.
