HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT CHARGED WITH ASSAULT
A Brenham High School student faces charges after an altercation at the High School Tuesday afternoon.
18-year old Jordan Graves, a member of the Brenham Cubs football team, was arrested after hitting another student during the lunch hour.
Authorities say Graves is being charged with a felony, Assault Causing Bodily Injury.
Graves was detained by administrators at the high school, then taken to the Washington County jail.
