SOMERVILLE MAN ARRESTED IN BRENHAM ON MARIJUANA CHARGE
A Somerville man faces a marijuana possession charge after a traffic stop Monday night.
Around 8 p.m., Officer Colin Godmintz and Sgt. Seth Klehm conducted a traffic stop in the 1400 block of West Main.
45-year old Jerry Duane Huckabay of Somerville gave consent to search his vehicle and marijuana and drug paraphernalia were found.
A juvenile was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Huckabay was charged with possession of marijuana.
