SPRING TURF GRASS SEMINAR TUESDAY

  

If you want to have a better looking yard this summer, you may want to attend the Spring Turf Grass Seminar Tuesday.  The Washington County Horticulture Committee is hosting the seminar at the VIP room at the Fairgrounds from 5:30 to 7:30pm.  The cost is $10 per person and registration begins at 5.

Featured speaker for the event is Dr. Casey Reynolds, Assistant Professor and State Extension Turf grass Specialist at Texas A&M University.  Topics for the evening will include turf grass selection, establishment, management, fertilization, and sandbur control options.  Attendees will receive 2 CEU credits.
