TWO ARRESTED FOR FORGERY

Two Houston men are in custody in Brenham, charged with forgery.
41-year old Rene Valero-Morehon and 40-year old Candelario Cabello Rios are charged with Forgery of a government instrument.

Thursday, just after 3:15 p.m., Cpl. David Dudenhoeffer responded to the 2700 block of S. Market in reference to two subjects identified as possible forgery suspects.
According to Duedenhoeffer, both men gave him false identifications; multiple credit cards were also located in the men’s vehicle.
Once the proper identification of both men was determined, it was discovered that Morehon was wanted on an active warrant out of Temple, for engaging in organized criminal activity.
Both men were arrested and taken into custody.
