TWO ARRESTED ON MARIJUANA CHARGE
Two Houston-area men face marijuana possession charges after a traffic stop Tuesday night.
Just before 10:00 p.m., officer Jonathan Phipps conducted a traffic stop in the 2000 block of Highway 290 West.
According to Phipps, the two occupants, 21-year old Mason Thomas Young of Cypress and 21-year old Chad Michael Kuzniarek of Houston, appeared nervous and admitted to having drug paraphernalia in the car.
A search turned up both marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Both Young and Kuzniarek are charged with Possession of Marijuana.
