WINKELMANN AMONG FOUR TO BE INDUCTED INTO BELLVILLE HALL

  

A well-known Brenham businessman will be inducted tonight (Monday) into the Bellville Athletic Booster Club Hall of Honor.

Former Brahma football player Nathan Winkelmann, owner of Nathan’s Barbeque and Buccaneer Food Store is one of four set for induction prior to the Bellville spring awards presentation.

Winkelmann, a 1973 graduate of Bellville High School, was a two-sport letterman, in football and baseball.  He earned All-Distirct honors for the Brahmas, and went on to Blinn College where he was named All-Conference.

Winkelmann is the former president of the Blinn Buccaneer Alumni Lettermen’s Association.

Also to be inducted this evening (Monday) in Bellville are: Three-sport star Adrienne Meier; and volleyball stars Kristin Chancellor Miller and Katlin Inglish Davis.

The event gets underway tonight (Monday) at 6:30 at Bellville High School.
