WOMAN ARRESTED ON LOCAL THEFT WARRANT

A Chappell Hill woman has been arrested on an outstanding warrant.
Monday afternoon, Brenham Police responded to an accident at the intersection of South Chappell Hill Street and Highway 290 East.
The driver of one of the vehicles, 63-year old Patricia Newsome of Chappell Hill, had an outstanding warrant for Theft Between $100 and $750.
Newsome was arrested and taken to the Washington County Jail.
