HOPE RISING “RIDE FOR HOPE” THIS WEEKEND IN CAT SPRING

Hope Rising Ministries is holding a “Ride for Hope” fundraiser this weekend in Cat Spring, to continue its fight against human trafficking.

This year’s “Ride for Hope” takes place tomorrow (Saturday) and Sunday at the 7IL Ranch.  The event will include trail rides and demonstrations from horse experts.  In addition, there will be a barbecue cookout, live music, tack and bake sales, and more.

Speakers this year include Dr. Lew Sterrett, World Champion Cowgirl Gayle Brittain, and Hope Rising Founder Sherri Clement.  They will teach how to catch and break a horse, showcase an interactive equine therapy demo, and discuss hope and healing for children rescued from human trafficking.

The 7IL Ranch can be found at 5389 Mill Creek Road in Cat Spring.  To learn more about “Ride for Hope” and to get tickets, go to www.hoperisingministries.org.
