“DEZ” NAMED PET OF THE WEEK, ADOPTION AND MICROCHIP EVENT SATURDAY

  

The Brenham Pet Adoption Center has named “Dez” as its Pet of the Week.

Dez is a four-and-a-half year old Boxer, who is fully vetted and ready to go home.  He gets along great with kids, and just needs a fenced yard to make him happy.

Both the Brenham Pet Adoption Center and Puppy Dawgs and Cat Tails will be holding an Adoption and Microchip Event this weekend.  Both locations will have adoptable pets and $10 microchipping Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Adoption fees will be waived for the “VIP” pets—those that have been with the shelter for over a month—and half price for all other adoptable pets at $40.  The animal shelter is currently at full capacity with adoptable dogs.

The Brenham Pet Adoption Center is located in Brenham at 1804 Longwood Drive, while Puppy Dawgs and Cat Tails can be found at 321 South Baylor Street.
