The Visit Brenham/Washington County Destination Marketing Organization (DMO) recently earned statewide recognition.

The www.visitbrenhamtexas.com website includes information on tourism opportunities and amenities across Washington County.

The DMO placed first in the People’s Choice Idea Fair for Best Website/Mobile Site/App awards for DMOs with a budget under $1 million.

Visit Brenham/Washington County earned the honor at this year’s Texas Association of Convention and Visitor Bureaus (TACVB) Virtual Annual Conference, held August 11-13.

The website, which can be seen here, features information on tourism opportunities throughout Washington County, including attractions, events, dining, lodging, and shopping.
