COMMUNITY CORNER TO DISCUSS DUCKS UNLIMITED BANQUET, BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB CHARITY GOLF TOURNAMENT
KWHI will feature a pair of guests this week on the Community Corner.
KWHI will first chat tomorrow (Tuesday) morning with Carl Prihoda, chairman of the Brenham chapter of Ducks Unlimited. Prihoda will talk about the group’s annual fundraising banquet set for October 3rd at the Fireman’s Training Center in Brenham.
Stephanie Wehring, Executive Director for the Boys and Girls Club of Washington County, will also talk with KWHI tomorrow morning. In addition to upcoming club activities, Wehring will discuss the 11th Annual “Drive it Home Fore the Kids” Charity Golf Tournament, presented by Brannon Industrial Group. The tournament, which benefits the local Boys and Girls Club, is scheduled for October 9th at the Brenham Country Club.
