The Austin County Grand Jury met last week and returned indictments on seven suspects.

25-year-old Spencer Rashaud Scott, indicted for Assault of a Family or Household Member with Previous Conviction. The alleged offense occurred October 13^th.

23-year-old Brock Edward Lindberg, charged with Theft of Property between $2,500 and $30,000, occurring July 22^nd.

24-year-old Jamichael Dijon Adams, 54-year-old Emmanuel Garcia, and 36-year-old Jeffrey John Wagner for Evading Arrest or Detention with a Vehicle. Adams was charged on November 17^th, Garcia on November 18^th, and Wagner on August 15^th.

28-year-old Michael Nafegar, for Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance, from December 22, 2019.

41-year-old Russell Gene Smidovec, for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
