28 INDICTMENTS RETURNED BY WASHINGTON CO. GRAND JURY
The Washington County Grand Jury met Tuesday and returned 28 indictments.
22-year-old Jadarius Markeith Phillips of Brenham, indicted for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
44-year-old Cynthia Dienno of Brenham, 29-year-old Dustin Nikolas-William Veronesi of Burton and 46-year-old Jason Todd Hrachovy of Brenham, indicted on separate charges of Injury to the Elderly.
35-year-old Christopher Wiliams of Houston and 30-year-old Khaundrica Williams of Houston, both for Theft of Property less than $2,500 with Two or More Previous Convictions.
26-year-old Colby Alan Barham of Brenham and 44-year-old Heidi Jo Heikkla of Simonton, for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle.
43-year-old Roberto Alegria of Brookshire and 54-year-old Manuel Andrade of Brenham, indicted for Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or More Offense.
57-year-old Barry Wayne Turner of Brenham, for Insurance Fraud with Intent to Defraud/Deceive.
24-year-old Dilmar Ventura-Hernandez of Cleveland, for Tampering with a Government Record.
18-year-old Emilio Alvarado of Spring, indicted for Evading Arrest with a Vehicle.
26-year-old Darion Davidson-McCarver of Cedar Creek, for Evading Arrest or Detention with a Vehicle.
31-year-old Tosha Renee Cuellar of Brenham, for Driving While Intoxicated with a Child Passenger.
45-year-old Bradrick Kendall Harris of Chappell Hill, for Attempted Tampering with Physical Evidence.
30-year-old Nicolas Eugene Randle of Brenham, for Possession of a Prohibited Substance in a Correctional Facility.
40-year-old Flavio Rolando Ruiz, II of Humble, indicted on two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Also indicted for Possession of a Controlled Substance were 49-year-old Petric Vanessa Castillo of Washington, 34-year-old Reginald Francius Huey of Caldwell, 44-year-old Jessica Deleon Sanchez of Houston, 45-year-old Narciso Ibarra Uvalle of Hempstead and 20-year-old Kendra Leshaun Thomas of Houston.
The following people were previously indicted by the Washington County Grand Jury and have since been arrested, so their names can now be released.

25-year-old Edward Williams of Houston, indicted for Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity and Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle.
38-year-old Jose Jaime Madrid of Chappell Hill, indicted for Bail Jumping/Failure to Appear.
35-year-old Garred Watkins of Brenham, for Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance.
38-year-old Arturo Lara of Brenham, for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
