BURTON PANTHERS KICK OFF PRACTICES FOR THE 2022 SEASON

Head Coach Jason Hodde and members of the Burton Panthers Football Team made an appearance last (Monday) night on the Brenham Sportsline.  The Panthers held their first day of workouts as they get ready for the start of the 2022 season. Coach Hodde discussed how the workouts went.

The Panthers had an extended playoff run last season that took them to the State Quarterfinals. Hodde talked about whether they have any holes to fill in the lineup as they head into the upcoming season.

The Panthers will take part in a pair of scrimmages to get ready for the season.  They are going to scrimmage at Hempstead on August 11 at 6pm, and then travel to  Shiner on August 18 at 6pm.

Their first regular season game is on August 26 at Holland at 7pm.
