BRENHAM BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT TO MEET MONDAY

  

The Brenham Board of Adjustment will vote on two regular session items when it meets on Monday.

The first item comes from Nathan and Mackenzie Knutson, who are requesting side and rear yard setback variances for a detached garage and storage overhang at 1504 South Market Street. The request is to allow a 3.5-foot reduction in the minimum required 5-foot side and rear yard setback.

Next, the board will hear a request from Charles D. Lott to allow the replacement of a manufactured home at 416 Lott Lane due to the previous home being damaged by a fire.

City staff recommends approval of both requests.

The board will meet Monday at 5:15 p.m. at Brenham City Hall.
