BRENHAM BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT TO MEET MONDAY
One agenda item awaits the Brenham Board of Adjustment when it meets on Monday.
The lone item is a variance request from Sheryl Martinez, who is asking to allow an 18-foot rear yard setback, where a minimum of 25 feet is required.
The applicant is looking to remodel a home at 811 Harrington Street, increasing the habitable square footage by 530 square feet.
City staff recommends approval of the request.
The board will meet Monday at 5:15 p.m. at Brenham City Hall.
