SEVEN PEOPLE PLEAD GUILTY IN DISTRICT COURT

  

Seven people plead guilty in District Court last week and were sentenced by Judge Carson Campbell.

Monterace Pier, 33 of Burton, was sentenced to 690 days in state jail for Injury to a Child.

Marcus Dewayne Briscoe, 45 of Brenham, was sentenced to 553 days in state jail for Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Madison Ann Sain, 21 of Cypress, Texas, had her probation adjudicated and was sentenced to 283 days in the Washington County Jail for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  She was also ordered to pay a $500 fine.

Ryan Oneil Anderson, 44 of Nederland, was sentenced to 8 years’ probation for 2 counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance.  He was also ordered to pay a $500 fine and perform 100 hours of community service.

Leonardo Heredia Gonzalez, 33 of Miami, Florida, was sentenced to 8 years’ probation for violation of Cooperative Agreements with States on Fuel Tax and Fraudulent Possession or Use of a Credit or Debit Card.  He was also ordered to pay a $500 fine, pay $23 in restitution, perform 100 hours community service and have no contact with place of business.

Andy Diaz Villavicencio, 29 of Hialeah, Florida, was sentenced to 8 years deferred adjudication probation for Fraudulent Possession or Use of Credit or Debit Card greater than 50.  He was also ordered to pay a $1500 fine and perform 250 hours of community service.

Lionel Salgado, Jr., 22 of Mission, Texas, was sentenced to 5 years deferred probation for Evading Arrest with a Vehicle.  He was also ordered to pay a $500 fine and perform 100 hours of community service.
