KWHI CANDIDATES FORUM MONDAY FOR BRENHAM CITY COUNCIL, BRENHAM SCHOOL BOARD RACES
Voters in the May 3rd elections will have an opportunity to learn more about some of the participating candidates at KWHI’s Candidates Forum on Monday.

2024 at Brenham National Bank.
The forum will begin at 5:30 p.m. at Brenham National Bank and will feature candidates running for Brenham City Council and Brenham School Board. All four vying for council and all six running for the school board have been invited.
For the Brenham City Council, Ward 1 incumbent Shannan Canales is challenged by Steve Soman. Position 6 At-Large incumbent Leah Cook is opposed by Alan Lehmann.
On the Brenham School Board, David Jantzi and Shawn Koonce are seeking the Position 5 seat of Tommie Sullivan, who is not running for re-election. Mike Garner and Justin Colley are running for the Position 6 seat of Natalie Lange, who is also not pursuing another term. Position 7 incumbent Jared Krenek will face Walt Edmunds.
