BLUEBONNET MASTER GARDENER TRAINING CLASSES IN AUSTIN COUNTY
The Texas A&M Agri-Life Extension Office in Austin County is registering local residents for the 2026 Bluebonnet Master Gardener Association training class.
The classes will be held every Thursday from January 15-April 23 from 8:30am-12:30pm.
The classes will primarily be held at Fuchs Hall at the Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church at 936 Front Street in Bellville. However, there will be three field trip days.
The cost to attend is $200 per person with participants getting the chance to accrue over 50 hours of gardening education.
After class time, trainees are required to complete an additional 50 hours of volunteer service in their local community.
Master Gardeners will be trained in all facets of horticulture such as plant and soil science, science entomology, plant pathology, landscape design, vegetable gardening, and more.
