Eighteen indictments were returned during last week’s session of the Austin County Grand Jury.

36-year-old Matthew Allen Aguirre, indicted for two counts of Indecency with a Child by Exposure.

51-year-old Andrew John Krupka, for Burglary of a Building.

46-year-old Kainon Kyle McKinney, for three counts of Theft of Property $2,500 - $30,000.

25-year-old Christopher Meza Esparza, for Fraudulent Possession/Use of Credit/Debit Cards 10-50 Items. 

32-year-old Angel Ybarra Jr., for Assault of a Family/Household Member with Previous Conviction.

58-year-old Oscar Francisco Correa, for Theft of Property Less Than $2,500 with Two or More Previous Convictions. 

45-year-old Claudia Maria Osorio, for Credit/Debit Card Abuse. 

48-year-old James Michael Guarino and 22-year-old Trayvon Lee King, both for Fraudulent Use/Possession of Identifying Information Less Than 5 Items. 

42-year-old Alexis Pearl Canty and 37-year-old Camilo Hernandez-Rios, both for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Tampering/Fabricating Physical Evidence with Intent to Impair. 

38-year-old Thomas Garcia and 37-year-old Arturo Mercado, both for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.

45-year-old Issac Cevallos, 32-year-old Quincy Harris, 33-year-old Yshell Menana Lewis, 60-year-old Beverly Dawn Swain and 44-year-old Corwin Valentine, all for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
