BRENHAM FIRE DEPT. RESPONDS TO ACCIDENT, FIRE ALARM
The Brenham Fire Department was called out twice on Monday.
Around 6 a.m., units were dispatched to a transportation incident in the 1300 block of Prairie Lea Street. They found a two-vehicle accident in the parking lot. No one was hurt, so the fire department cleared the call.
Just before 9 p.m., BFD personnel responded to an alarm at the Fairview Terrace Apartments, 909 Hasskarl Drive. Nothing was showing from the exterior of the building, and there were no signs of smoke or fire, so the alarm was reset.
