SHERIFF’S OFFICE MAKES ARRESTS FOR TERRORISTIC THREAT, FAMILY VIOLENCE, DRUG POSSESSION

  

The Washington County Sheriff’s Office reported three arrests between Friday and Saturday on terroristic threat, family violence and drug possession charges.

Just before noon on Friday, Sergeant Fay Janes-Busse responded to a threat call in the 8700 block of Highway 290 East.  The caller stated that an individual was threatening to kill him because he thought the caller had taken his wallet.  After further investigation, the suspect was advised that the caller did not take his wallet, at which time he reportedly became agitated again, making more threats.  69-year-old Darrell Wayne Dorsey of Chappell Hill was taken into custody and transported to the Washington County Jail on charges of Terroristic Threat Causing Fear of Imminent Serious Bodily Injury and Resisting Arrest, Search or Transport.

Approaching 7:45 p.m., deputies conducted a warrant service in the 7500 block of Apperson Road.  52-year-old Jeremy Thomas Blake Eernisse of Brenham was apprehended after the sheriff’s office reported locating him in the attic of a residence.  He was transported to the Washington County Jail for Continuous Violence Against the Family and Assault of a Family/Household Member Impeding Breath/Circulation.

Around 11:45 p.m. Saturday, Sergeant Adam Zavala initiated a traffic stop for speeding in the 8300 block of Highway 105.  Upon making contact, the sheriff’s office reported observing a haze coming from the vehicle and detecting an odor of marijuana.  A search of the vehicle led to the seizure of marijuana and methamphetamines.  29-year-old Xavion Antoine Wilson of Brenham was taken into custody and booked at the Washington County Jail for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1, Less Than a Gram, Tampering with Physical Evidence with Intent to Impair, Possession of Marijuana Under 2oz. and Possession of a Dangerous Drug.
