BRENHAM PLANNING & ZONING TO TAKE UP REPLAT, PERMIT FOR ACCESSORY DWELLING UNIT

  

The Brenham Planning and Zoning Commission will act Monday on requests for a replat and a specific use permit for an accessory dwelling unit. 

For the replat, Stephen and Jannis Lee are seeking to replat a vacant, 0.178-acre lot at 1314 Williams Street into two lots for a twin home development.

The specific use permit item will involve a request from Lachesha and Reginal Phillips, who are looking to build a 540-square-foot accessory dwelling unit on their 0.68-acre property at 1309 Hidden Creek Lane.

City staff recommends approval of both requests.

The commission will meet Monday at 5:15 p.m. at Brenham City Hall.
