ANNUAL POLISH AMERICAN COUNCIL OF TEXAS MEETING SATURDAY IN CHAPPELL HILL

  

The Polish American Council of Texas (PACT) is hosting its annual meeting this Saturday in Chappell Hill.

The public is invited out to a day of activities, including tours, musical performances, a parade, and presentation of lifetime achievement awards.  There will also be a silent auction benefitting PACT scholarships.

The day gets underway with the PACT’s meeting at the Chappell Hill Museum on 9220 Poplar Street.  The 8 a.m. meeting is only for PACT Directors, but the membership meeting at 9 a.m. is for all new and current members.

St. Stanislaus Catholic Church will hold mass at 12:30, followed by lunch at 1:30 p.m., with beef, sausage, chicken and more.  The meal will be held at the church parish hall, at 9175 FM 1371.

At 1:30 and 4 p.m., several Polish folk dance groups will put on performances.  Then, at 3 p.m., three Polish Texan Lifetime Achievement Awards will be presented to the Polish Eagles Band, Daniel Cendalski, and Pete and Theodore Kwiatkowski.
