Details are being finalized ahead of Brenham hosting the “Crossroads: Change in Rural America” traveling exhibit beginning in December.  City of Brenham Tourism and Marketing Director Jennifer Eckermann will present information on the work going into each of the projects involved with hosting the exhibit, including programming and marketing.

Board members will then review dates proposed for the first round of 2025 hotel occupancy tax funding, to be awarded for events, programs and projects occurring between January and June.  Application packets are proposed to become available on October 28th, with funding applications due by November 17th.

Next will come a series of reports from the Visit Brenham Destination Marketing Organization, Washington County Expo and city administrators.

The board will meet tomorrow at 9 a.m. in Morriss Hall at The Barnhill Center.
