RT-C DEFEATS FAYETTEVILLE 3-1 TO WIN DISTRICT CHAMPIONSHIP

The Round Top-Carmine Cubettes wrapped up the regular season by defeating Fayetteville for the District 28-1A Championship.

The Cubettes won the first two sets 25-15 and 25-6, Fayetteville won the third set 25-17, but then RTC came back to win the fourth set 25-16.

RTC also honored their outgoing seniors Jill and Tess Eilers.

The Cubettes finish with an overall record of 23-18, and they finished as District Champions with a perfect 6-0 record.

Now, it is off to the playoffs. Playoff information is TBD.
