BRENHAM POLICE MAKE ARRESTS FOR PUBLIC INTOXICATION, FAMILY ASSAULT

  

Brenham police arrested two people over the weekend, one for intoxication and the other for assault.

At 11:15 p.m. Saturday, Lieutenant Kelvin Raven, Sergeant Crystal Buckner, Sergeant Jose Perez and Officer Darrell Nunn Jr. initiated contact in the 1300 block of Old Independence Road with someone they believed to be intoxicated.  After their investigation, police placed 27-year-old Brian Carcamo of Brenham into custody for Public Intoxication. 

At 8:15 a.m. Sunday, Brenham police officers and Washington County Sheriff’s deputies executed an arrest warrant in the 800 block of Bormann Street.  45-year-old Christopher Paul Holder of Brenham was taken into custody and transported to the Washington County Jail, where he was booked for Assault of a Family Member Impeding Breath/Circulation.
