Twelve people were indicted during last week’s session of the Austin County Grand Jury.

28-year-old Cinthya Natalia Velasquez Urbina, indicted on two counts of Assault of a Public Servant.

50-year-old Brett Edward Ellison, for Aggravated Assault Causing Serious Bodily Injury.

28-year-old Justin Michael Simon, for Assault of a Pregnant Person.

42-year-old Daniel Roy Colbert, for two counts of Invasive Visual Recording.

44-year-old Juan Leyva, for Assault of a Family/Household Member Impeding Breath/Circulation.

19-year-old Abagail Nichole Guerrero and 20-year-old Jose Damion Angel Guerrero, both for Theft of Property $2,500 - $30,000.

60-year-old Kenneth Wayne Hronek Jr., for Evading Arrest/Detention with a Vehicle.

34-year-old Jelissa Kendall, for Fraudulent Use/Possession of Identifying Information Less Than 5 Items.

19-year-old Anthony Elisco Saldivar, for Possession of a Controlled Substance in a Drug-Free Zone. 

45-year-old Chasity Tasha Hunt and 37-year-old Vincent Vasquez, both for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
