BRENHAM POLICE MAKE ARRESTS FOR DEADLY CONDUCT, WARRANTS

  

Brenham police arrested three people on Tuesday, two for warrants and the third for deadly conduct.

Just past 7:15 a.m., Officer Rosa Salinas stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation in the 2100 block of Highway 36 North.  The driver, identified as 37-year-old Shawn Thomas Sullivan of Brenham, showed to have an active warrant out of the Attorney General’s Office for Criminal Nonsupport.  The warrant was confirmed, and Sullivan was booked at the Washington County Jail.

At 2:45 p.m., Officer Salinas responded to the 200 block of Highway 290 East in reference to a subject wanting to turn himself in.  28-year-old Matthew David Todd of Brenham was placed into custody for an outstanding capias pro fine warrant out of Washington County, with the original charge being Assault Causing Bodily Injury to a Family Member.  Todd was transported to the Washington County Jail.

Approaching 7:45 p.m., Officers Trinten Rolling and Gabriel Duran responded to the 900 block of Matchett Street in reference to a disturbance.  Police say their on-scene investigation revealed that 67-year-old David Lyn Lange of Brenham had allegedly engaged in conduct that put a juvenile in imminent danger of serious bodily injury.  Lange was placed under arrest for Deadly Conduct and transported to the Washington County Jail.
