BAYLOR SCOTT & WHITE CLASSIC RAISES OVER $60,000

The Baylor Scott & White Healthcare Classic, held last Friday at Brenham Country Club, raised over $60,000 in revenue for the hospital’s foundation.

Margie Routt Young, Director of Philanthropic Programs for the Brenham office of the Baylor Scott & White – Central Texas Foundation, says 108 golfers participated in the tournament.  This was the 25th year for the Healthcare Classic.  Winning first place was the team of Paul Ehlert, Chris Ehlert and Todd Kolkhorst.  Second place went to Bill Stanley, Tom Schulte and James Richter.  Placing third were Darrell Blum, Matt Kenjura and Atwood Kenjura.  And the fourth place team was Wade Seidel, Michael Branton and Sam Seidel.  Tyson Felder won the prize for “closest to the hole”, and Ryan Flencher had the “longest drive”.
