BELLVILLE VFD HOLDING 47TH ANNUAL CELEBRATION AUGUST 16TH
The Bellville Volunteer Fire Department is preparing to host its 47th annual celebration next Friday.
The celebration will begin at 5 p.m. Friday, August 16th, at the Austin County Fairgrounds Exposition Hall.
Barbecue chicken and sausage will be served inside from 5 to 7 p.m., and at the drive-thru from 5 to 6:30 p.m. There will also be homemade hamburgers and hot dogs, beer, soda water, tea, cake, and pie.
Meal tickets are $12 pre-sale and at the door. They can be purchased at the First National Bank of Bellville, or the Austin County State Bank drive-thru.
All proceeds from the event will be used to purchase new equipment for the fire department.
