BLINN MUSIC PROGRAM HOSTING FREE CONCERTS

  

Blinn College’s music program will conclude the fall semester with a series of free concerts, today (Wednesday) through Friday.

Performances begin each night at 7 p.m., at the Dr. W.W. O’Donnell Performing Arts Center in Brenham.  Wednesday’s performance will feature the brass ensemble and symphonic band, Thursday will have the “Deep Blue” Jazz Ensemble, and the percussion ensemble performs Friday.

Department Head Todd Quinlan says these concerts are a result of all the work students have done in their ensembles over the course of the semester.  He says performances will feature holiday music, as well as original work.
