BRENHAM MAN ARRESTED FOR THEFT

A Brenham man faces a theft charge after his arrest Friday night.
Around 9:30 pm, Sergeant Steven Eilert was dispatched to the H*E*B Shopping Center in the 2500 block of South Day St. in reference to a theft.
48-year old Kenny Brumley, of Brenham is accused of stealing items from a local business.
According to police, Brumly has multiple previous convictions of theft which enhanced the offense to Theft of Less Than $2500 w/ 2 Previous Convictions.
Brumley was arrested and transported to Washington County Jail for booking.
