BRENHAM PD ARREST 19-YEAR OLD ON ROBBERY/DRUG CHARGES
A Brenham teen has been arrested for aggravated robbery as well as alcohol and drug possession charges.

Sunday afternoon, a woman says a young man had pointed a gun at her in the 1900 block of Longwood Drive.
Cpl. Steven Eilert says he spotted the suspect, identified as 19-year old Edward Toliver of Brenham, a short time later near the Brenham Police station.
Police say Toliver had a BB gun that had been modified to look like a real hand gun.
Inside Toliver’s backpack, police say they found an open bottle of vodka along with a tabletof alprazolam. Police say he also had marijuana in his mouth and a baggy of marijuana on the ground at his feet.
Tolliver has been charged with: Aggravated robbery; possession of marijuana under 2 oz; possession of alcohol by a minor; possession of a controlled substance under 28 grams; and tampering with evidence.
