State prison authorities confirm, 48-year old Kelly Sifuentez was found dead in her cell in Gatesville on the morning of May 26th.

Sifuentez was six years into a 30-year prison term for soliciting Christian Olsen, who was 19 at the time, to commit capital murder, in the death of Sifuentez's 63-year-old mother, Geraldine Lloyd.

Lloyd’s body was found buried in her own backyard in early 2007.

Olsen was never tried for Lloyd’s murder, but was convicted for the muder of 68-year-old Etta Jean Westbrook, who lived across the street from Lloyd.

Sifuentez admitted in 2009 to soliciting Olsen to commit the murder.

Sifuentez and Olsen lived in Lloyd's house for months after the murder.

Olsen has been sentenced to death in Westbrook’s murder.
