HOUSTON WOMAN CHARGED LOCALLY WITH DWI & OTHER OFFENSES

A Houston woman has been charged with Driving While Intoxicated and other charges after a traffic stop, late Saturday night.
Just before 11:00 p.m., police made a stop in the 1500 block of FM-389.
The driver, 52-year old Starla Babin of Houston, was taken into custody for Driving While Intoxicated with Open Container, Driving While License Invalid, Driving on the Wrong Side of the Roadway, and (2) active warrants.
Babin was transported to the Washington County Jail.
