POLICE INVESTIGATE SUSPECTED ARSON FIRE AT HENDERSON PARK

  

A suspected arson fire caused minor damage in a restroom at Henderson Park last (Thursday) night.  Brenham Police report that at 7:00 PM, Cpl. David Dudenhoeffer was on foot patrol in Henderson Park attempting to locate a subject in reference to an unrelated case when he observed a glow in the men’s restroom.   Cpl. Dudenhoffer found that the toilet paper dispenser was on fire and was able to extinguish it.  The incident is still under investigation and no arrests have been made.
