SIX PERSONS RECEIVE SENTENCES IN 21ST JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT

  

 Six persons have plead guilty to felony offenses and received terms ranging from probation in the 21st Judical District Court, according to District Attorney Julie Renken. All the following cases were heard by Judge Carson Campbell.

Edward Dion Toliver, Jr, age 20, of Brenham plead guilty to Aggravated Robbery from August 10, 2014, and had his probation adjudicated and sentenced to ten years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, and fined $200.

Toliver also plead guilty to Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle from August 9, 2014 and had his probation adjudicated and sentenced to eighteen months in the TDCJ, and ordered to pay court cost and court-appointed attorney fee.

Desmond Rernard Reed, age 27, of Brenham, plead guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver, from March 18, 2010, and had his probation revoked and was sentenced to five years in the TDCJ, and fined $2000 and court cost.

Ladarriel Quinte Maxie, age 30, of Brenham, plead guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver from January 14, 2015, and was sentenced to five years in the TDCJ, and ordered to pay court cost.

Carolina Carmona, age 25, of Houston, plead guilty to Theft $1500-$20,000 from December 11, 2010, and was sentenced to sixteen months in the TDCJ and court cost.

Stephanie Denice Hernandez, age 42, of Houston, plead guilty to Forgery from May 17, 2013, and was sentenced to 11 months in the TDCJ, and ordered to pay court cost, $576.11 restitution and a $75 hot check fee.

Robert Sullivan, age 37, from Houston, plead guilty to Theft from Person from March 11, 2015, and was sentenced to two years in the TDCJ, probated for five years, court cost, court-appointed attorney fee, $50 warrant fee, $400 restitution, $50 Crime Stoppers fee, 120 hours community service restitution and provide DNA and urinalysis sample.
