TWO ARRESTED ON WARRANTS

  

Two Brenham men were arrested Friday on outstanding warrants.

At around 7:00 a.m., Brenham Police arrested 27-year old Jonathan Johnson of Brenham.

Johnson was arrested a Warrant out of Matagorda County.  He was then also charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Johnson was booked into the Washington County Jail without incident.

Then, Friday around 7:30 pm, Police conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Blue Bell Rd and North Park.

Dispatch confirmed that 26-year old Michael Walker, of Brenham, had an outstanding warrant for his arrest from Harris County for theft between $2500 and $30,000.

Walker was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail.
