WALLER AREA CHAMBER HOLDING ANNUAL TEACHER APPRECIATION LUNCHEON

  

The Waller Area Chamber of Commerce is hosting its annual teacher appreciation luncheon tomorrow (Wednesday).

From 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Waller Baptist Church—located at 2520 Cherry Street—the art-themed luncheon will recognize new teachers from Waller ISD, Rosehill Christian School and Waller Christian Academy.

New teachers will be presented with “goody bags” containing promotional items.  Chamber members are welcome to bring door prizes—such as school supplies, gift cards or tickets to local events—to be given out during the luncheon.

The Chamber also invites people to come to Bingo at the Waller County Fairgrounds at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.  Proceeds from that event will go to the Chamber Scholarship Fund.
