YATES FEATURED SPEAKER AT ESTATE PLANNING AND PROBATE DRAFTING SEMINAR

  

Wendy Yates, partner with local law firm Moorman Tate Haley Upchurch & Yates, LLP, was a featured speaker at the Estate Planning & Probate Drafting seminar hosted by Texas Bar CLE recently in Houston on October 8-9, 2015.

Yates spoke on the topic Drafting Tips to Empower Agents while Protecting Principals under Powers of Attorneys.

Wendy is a frequent speaker at the State Bar CLE seminars on various estate planning topics.

Wendy Yates is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.  Wendy is on the Texas Board of Legal Specialization’s Examination Commission.  As a member of the Commission she is responsible for writing and grading a portion of the exams Texas attorneys must pass to become Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate.

Yates practices primarily in the areas of estate planning, elder law, probate, guardianship and real estate law.
