BRENHAM WOMAN CHARGED WITH ASSAULT
(Washington Co. Jail)
A Brenham woman faces an assault charge after her arrest Sunday morning.
Around 11:00 a.m., Officer Eddie Martinez was dispatched to the 700 block of Sabine St, in reference to a Disturbance.
At the scene, Martinez found two people who had gotten into a verbal altercation that turned physical.
26-year old Daeshaenae Queyshaun Burns of Brenham was taken into custody.
She is charged with Assault Causing Bodily Injury of a Family Member.
Burns was taken to the Washington County Jail.
